– white corn – cilantro – red onion – jalapeño – fresh lime juice – sea salt
Prepare your ingredients, if using frozen corn, thaw completely under running cool water.
In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining cup of almond milk and flour. Add the slurry to the corn.
