Easy Shishito Peppers


Spicy, tangy, crunchy, and a bit smoky, these shishito peppers will be your new favorite side dish!

– Shishito peppers – chili sesame oil – ramen broth concentrate – flaky smoked sea salt

sub in some Padrón peppers if you can't find shishito's

Step 1

Heat a stainless steel skillet over high heat. Once hot, drizzle in the oil, toss to coat the peppers in oil then allow the peppers to blister before tossing again.


Step 2

Once the peppers are blistered on all sides, turn the heat down to medium-high heat add a few dashes of the ramen broth to deglaze the pan.  Toss to combine. Cook another minute over medium heat.


Step 3

Transfer the peppers to a serving dish and drizzle with a touch more chili oil and sprinkle with flaky salt, serve immediately.
