Cake Batter Latte


This homemade cake batter latte recipe is based on the famous Dunkin Donuts version, made plant-based!

– espresso or strong coffee – plant-based milk – agave syrup – vanilla extract – almond extract – Vegan chocolate syrup – Rainbow sprinkles – Vegan whipped cream.

Step 1

In a saucepan, heat the plant-based milk over medium heat until it reaches a gentle simmer, turn off the heat and add in the agave, vanilla, and almond extract.


Step 2

Prepare the espresso or coffee and stir gently to combine. Pour into a mug or a tall glass with ice for an iced latte.


Step 3

Top the latte with a generous dollop of vegan whipped cream drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle rainbow sprinkles over the whipped cream.
