Oat Milk: Combine the rolled oats and filtered water and let sit for about 30 minutes to soften. Then blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Cold Brew Concentrate: Combine coarsely ground coffee beans and cold water. Stir gently, seal in a jar and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight.
Oat Milk: Squeeze or press the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or a nut milk bag into a pitcher or bowl. As desired, add maple syrup & vanilla extract + a pinch of salt. Cold Brew Concentrate: After steeping strain the cold brew concentrate through a fine mesh sieve or a nut milk bag into another jar or pitcher.
Fill a glass with ice cubes, leaving some space at the top. Pour 1 cup of the cold brew concentrate into the glass, followed by 1 cup of creamy oat milk. Give it a gentle stir to combine the flavors. Add a tablespoon of simple syrup or maple syrup for a slightly sweet taste. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
