Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza


This Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza is great for fall, game days, and pizza night!  It's totally vegan and gluten-free making it perfect for sharing.

– prepared pizza dough – roasted red pepper hummus – arugula – green onions Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower: – cauliflower florets  – buffalo sauce – Italian seasoning – teaspoon onion powder powder – teaspoon garlic salt

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 425° F & toss cauliflower in a large bowl with the buffalo sauce and spices. Spread out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.


Step 2

Assemble the pizza, sprinkle a pizza stone or large baking sheet with gluten-free all-purpose flour and roll out the pizza dough. Top the dough with the hummus, arugula, and cauliflower. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden.


Step 3

While the pizza is cooking, whisk together the ranch drizzle ingredients and set aside. To serve, top the pizza with the ranch drizzle and an additional handful of arugula if desired.
