    • 2 cups of your favorite non-dairy milk (oat milk, almond milk, soy milk, or coconut milk)
    • 2 Assam tea bags
    • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup, depending on desired sweetness level

    Instructions

    1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the vegan milk and bring to a simmer. 
    2. Once simmering, add in the tea bags, turn off the heat and cover. Allow to steep for 5 minutes. 
    3. Remove the tea bags and add in the remaining ingredients, turn the heat back to medium and heat just until your desired temperature is reached, pour into a mug and enjoy.
